My name is Saskia Plagge. In my practice for attachment-based coaching and relationship therapy, I guide people toward healing, emotional safety, and connection.
Learning, growth, and guiding others in that process are important driving forces in my life. Originally, I come from the world of classical music. I am a professional cellist with more than 25 years of experience on the concert stage, and I am also active as a teacher, talent developer, and mentor.
My experience as a musician has taught me to work with dedication, to truly listen, to attune, and to connect. These skills now form the foundation of my practice. Through my own experiences, and the lack of mental support within my field, a desire emerged to professionally guide others in their personal process.
Over the years, I have developed a special interest in attachment, trauma, neurodiversity, and the ways these shape our emotions, thoughts, behaviour, and relationships. In my work, I combine coaching and relationship therapy with an experiential and body-based approach. I help people become more aware of themselves, reconnect with their feelings, and integrate these experiences into everyday life. In doing so, space emerges for acceptance, healing, and lasting change.
