My name is Saskia Plagge. I was born and raised in Haarlem and have been living for over ten years in the Eindhoven area with my two children. Learning, developing myself, and supporting others in their growth have always been important driving forces in my life. My background is in classical music: I am a professional cellist with more than 25 years of experience on stage. Alongside performing, I am also an enthusiastic teacher, mentor, and talent developer.
My many years of experience as a cellist taught me dedication, deep listening, attunement to others, and creating genuine connection. These are the very qualities I now bring into my practice. Through my own experiences ,and the lack of mental support I encountered in my profession, I discovered a passion for guiding others in their personal growth and healing process.
Over the years I have increasingly specialized in attachment, trauma, and their impact on our emotions, thoughts, behavior, and our ability to build healthy relationships. As a coach, therapist, and someone with lived experience, I guide you toward awareness, reconnecting with your feelings, and bringing these insights into your daily life. This creates space for acceptance, healing, and transformation.
